Green Gates, Mumbles Road, Swansea

Green Gates, Norton represented a fresh & exciting challenge, the original property was in a very prominent location on the main access road along the seafront into Mumbles.

To the rear of the property were delightful views across Swansea Bay & direct access onto the waterfront footpath. The original dwelling was in a pretty poor state of repair & needed complete upgrading & renovation in order to maximise its potential in a quite sensitive location. We are proud to be associated with the completed project, as we feel it has vastly improved & altered the identity of the original building giving it a contemporary feel whilst maintaining its traditional roots.

We appointed DR Design to redesign our home at 85 mumbles Road which they did very efficiently. We are thrilled that they were able to work with Swansea planners to resolve any planning issues and meet all our requirements
