Avalon, Saundersfoot represented a refreshing design challenge for the practice, the existing circa 1950's bungalow being sited in such a glorious location forming a part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park was in dire need of renovation.

The practice worked closely with the clients to produce a visually balanced design which respected the character of its locality whilst exploiting the potential of both the plot on which it was sited but also the sea views from the rear elevation of the property. The finished property provides a visually stunning enhancement the original bungalow & a large family home with 4 double bedrooms, Gallery Hallway & Landing areas, 2 Living rooms a Gym, home office & an open plan Kitchen (with Pantry) & Family area.

Before
