Bay View Apartments, Mumbles

Construction of 7 domestic apartments on the site of a former dwelling house on the outskirts of Mumbles.

The Bay View Apartment project provided the challenge of incorporating 7 new airy apartments within an existing large house plot. The design process carefully considered the context of the new building in its surroundings & we believe the final development provides a property of traditional appearance externally with fresh & modern facilities for occupiers.

 

Following the success of our previous developments, we once again engaged the design services of DR Design for the Bay View Apartments scheme. The design solution has proved to be very popular & generated plenty of interest both from potential purchasers & local residents of the area who have complimented the design of the completed property.
